St. Charles culinary team is famous for providing an exciting beautifully prepared variety of meals to suit all ages and tastes.

Our dining opportunities range from the very popular “club “nights on Wednesday’s to fun filled parties on many Saturday’s. Our Commodore’s Ball is the formal highlight of the season when everyone dresses up to the full. We also have a variety of themed parties ranging from Caribbean, Tacky Tourist and Bikers parties to Monte Carlo and Prime Rib nights.
 
Our objective is to have a friendly program that all will enjoy and attend. They are lots of fun.
